Dependable quality wool roving. Outback Fibers was highly recommended by the instructor of my Nuno felting class. They have not disappointed me.

Outback superfine merino is the only wool I use for my nuno felted clothing.. So soft and wears well.

I use this merino for wet felting 3D projects, as well as some flat wet felting. It is excellent quality, and color fast. I keep buying it!

    Black merino 19 micron

I love this black even tho I'm not a fan of felting in black because it separates and is difficult to see for large projects. Believe me I've tried a whole lot of them and I keep coming back to Outback!

    Love Outback Fibers

Posted by Adriane Nicolaisen on 15th Aug 2020

Outback is my first choice in felting supplies. They always have the best selection of colors. The only issue I ever have is that the fibers have a lot of static electricity from the dry climate where they are packed. This makes fraughting for wet felting a little tricky especially when I want a clear edge to the layout. Haven't found a way to overcome this. But it wouldn't prevent me from being happy with the rovings I get from Outback Fibers.
